Well Grounded Land Design and Property Management is a licensed and insured company founded in 2009. Well Grounded Land Design is owned and operated by Rick Vuyst Jr. who has grown up in the industry, has a degree in horticulture from MSU and work experience in both the horticulture and masonry industries. 

Rick Vuyst Sr. is well-known in the Grand Rapids community for his GreenThumb segments on WZZM 13 , his radio show on WOOD NEWSRADIO 1300  and his blog named thankyouverymulch. Rick Sr. is also the CEO of Fruitbasket Flowerland with 3 locations in Grand Rapids. Rick serves as an advisor and mentor for Sensible Land Design and Property Management.

We offer on-site consultations free of charge with Rick Jr. for anyone that continues to do business with us. Any and all clients of Sensible Land Design will recieve personal and professional attention from Rick Jr. If you would like to do all or part of the work yourself, but need some direction or help, ask for an hourly rate or estimate.
